Monthly minutes

Minutes are based on video duration, not processing time. A 10-minute video uses 10 minutes. Paid plan minutes reset on your billing-cycle start date. Trial minutes are a one-time allocation that does not refill.

Resolution

Uploading a 4K file on a 1080p plan still works, but output caps at 1080p.

- Auto-generated: 4 to 10 per video, depending on length and content quality.
- Manual rendering: unlimited. Rendering a clip does not consume minutes.
Storage
Section titled “Storage”Active accounts retain content indefinitely. There is no enforced storage cap and no automated deletion of inactive videos.
API rate limits
Section titled “API rate limits”- 120 requests per minute per API key, for both read and write.
- File uploads cap at 4 GB.
What happens when you hit a limit
Section titled “What happens when you hit a limit”- Out of monthly minutes: existing content stays accessible. New uploads can’t process until reset or upgrade.
- Over file size: upload is rejected. Compress or split the file.
- Over duration: upload is rejected. Trim the video or upgrade.
- Out of team seats: invite is rejected. Upgrade or remove a member.
