Bulk Operations

Save time on repetitive tasks across many videos.

Bulk upload

Drag multiple files into the upload area at once. Each video processes independently and you don’t have to wait for one to finish before adding more.

All videos in the same upload batch share the same folder, vocabulary, and settings you’ve configured.

Bulk delete

Select multiple videos on the dashboard and click Delete. You’ll get a confirmation prompt before anything is removed.

Bulk move to folder

Select multiple videos on the dashboard and click Move to folder to organize them in bulk.

A few things to know

• There’s no “select all” checkbox, you select videos individually. The dashboard shows 15 videos per page, so if you have a large library you’ll need to work page by page.
• Bulk export isn’t available. Subtitles, transcripts, clips, and blog posts each download one video at a time.
• Reprocessing multiple videos at once isn’t currently supported. If you update your vocabulary or settings, new uploads will use the new settings automatically.
