What’s Included in Every Paid Plan
Section titled “What’s Included in Every Paid Plan”All paid plans include unlimited generation of:
- Clips
- Blog posts
- Podcast show notes
- YouTube chapters
- Social media posts (Twitter and LinkedIn)
- Translations (100+ languages)
- Subtitles (SRT and VTT)
- Full transcripts
- Email marketing content (subject lines and blurbs)
- YouTube descriptions and tags
- Video summaries
- Meta descriptions
The differences between plans are minutes per month, max video length, team size, resolution, and AI/transcription quality tiers.
Free Videos vs. Minutes
Section titled “Free Videos vs. Minutes”Two things, easy to mix up:
- Free videos are a one-time allowance. New accounts get 1 free video to process end to end. This lets you try the full experience without paying.
- Minutes are your monthly processing budget. A 10-minute video uses 10 minutes of your quota. Minutes reset each billing cycle.
Once you’ve used your free video, you need a paid plan to process more. Your existing content stays accessible regardless.
Free YouTube Tools
Section titled “Free YouTube Tools”Even without a paid account, anyone can use the free standalone tools on the Video Tap site:
- YouTube to Blog
- YouTube Chapters Generator
- YouTube Clips Generator
- YouTube Summarizer
- YouTube Tags Generator
- YouTube to Transcript
- Chat with a YouTube Video
These are limited to 10 uses per calendar month and work with YouTube URLs only. You’ll see a counter showing how many uses you have left. If you hit the limit, you can sign up for a paid plan for unlimited access.
The free tools generate the same kinds of content as the paid version, but the paid version gives you higher accuracy (since it fully transcribes your video with word-level timestamps) and access to all content types at once.
