Billing: Cancellation and Refunds
Canceling Your Subscription
Section titled “Canceling Your Subscription”If you need to cancel, here’s how:
- Click your team name in the top-right corner
- Select Billing
- In the Stripe billing portal, find the option to cancel your subscription
- Confirm the cancellation
Your subscription ends immediately when you cancel. You won’t be charged again.
What Happens After Cancellation
Section titled “What Happens After Cancellation”- You lose access to your monthly minutes and team features
- Your existing videos and generated content remain in your account
- You can still log in and access the free YouTube tools
- If you want to process new videos later, you’ll need to resubscribe
Deleting Your Account
Section titled “Deleting Your Account”If you want to fully delete your account (not just cancel the subscription):
- Go to your Profile page
- Scroll to the bottom
- Look for the account deletion option
This permanently removes your account, videos, and all generated content. It can’t be undone.
